LACO has opened an additional 36,000sqf. facility in Reno Nevada.

LACO has acquired an additional 12,672sqf. in a building located within 100 meters of it’s main facility. This space
will accommodate the current growth and place Laco in a better position to satisfy its customer’s needs.

The latter part of 2009 has proven to be a growth period of LACO. We are currently exploring our options of
expanding our manufacturing facilities. The decision has been made that additional square footage will be
acquired before the year end.
